House 5 was completed in May 2005 - with a Certificate according to the requirements of Bulgarian law.

There are 6 two-room apartments in two sections. The apartments on the first floor have their own entrances.

There is common entrance and staircase for apartments 54 and 56 in the first section, as well as others for apartments 53 and 55 in the second one. This creates the impression that you live in a separate house.

There is a view towards the sea from each apartment's living room and the spacious terraces are perfect for sunbathing.
